In this workshop, I'll show you how to

Whole Brain Education

Optimize your child's brain development during the most critical years

Memory Training

Use different memory techniques for practical situations in life, and how to train that skills for your kids to remember data and facts

Critical Thinking

Train your children "HOW" to focus and think even before they enter school - an essential skill for kids growing up with AI gadgets.

Are we raising our kids intentionally or by accident?

Well-established early childhood research shows that children’s learning and behaviour are strongly shaped by a set of trainable brain skills called executive function of the brain and self-regulation—including working memory, cognitive flexibility, and self-control. According to Dr. Jack P. Shonkoff (M.D.) and colleagues, these skills can be strengthened through structured practice and supportive environments (Harvard Center on the Developing Child: Executive Function & Self-Regulation).

Smartizen’s three pillars reflect these evidence-based skills: Learning Power, Critical Thinking, and Leader Character. Long-term studies of Dr. Terrie E. Moffitt (Ph.D. - MIT) confirm that stronger self-control in childhood predicts better life outcomes later, which is why character foundation matters beyond school.

About the Founder

Tham is the Founder of Smartizen Academy, a whole-brain education center for kids 0 - 6 years old. Tham works with families during the most critical years of a child’s life — from birth to age six — helping children develop strong thinking skills, memory capacity, and character foundations that lasts a lifetime.

With a Master's degree from University of Westminster (London, UK), Tham's background spans education and global HR technology, with experience working in high-performance environments at companies like Uber, Shopify, and NielsenIQ. That experience shaped how she designs systems — and today, she applies the same clarity and structure to early childhood brain development.

After intensive training and get certified for Right Brain Training, Tham founded Smartizen to solve a growing problem: parents care deeply about their children’s development, but they’re overwhelmed by conflicting advice, academic pressure, and programs that focus too late or too narrowly.

Many parents come to Tham, not because something is wrong with their child— but because they believe that their child is a genius and they don’t want to miss the window to unlock their child potential, to grow their brain more during the critical time window. They believe that their child will not be young once more! Act today before the time window closed!

Her mission is simple: to help families raise confident, capable, kind and smart children. Changing the world, one heart at a time.

Experience from our families

Lynda K

Smartizen has been an amazing experience for my son, Isaiah, who started at just 6 months old! Their whole-brain training approach has greatly improved his memory and cognitive skills. We love that every month brings new subjects, and our favorites have been world culture and the arts.

Barbar Lock Geiser

This is an exceptional place! Our little boy has attended for several weeks so far and continues to wake up excited to go back. In addition to playing with some lovely other children, he has been learning all sorts of geography, history, art and science in a playful way.

Sarah Panaccio

Smartizen has been an amazing early education experience for my 20 month old son! Thanks to Mrs. Tham, he can now say well over 100 words and is even starting to speak in sentences.
